This policy explains how La Roulette Rétro (the “Club”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our website, member app and related club services.

We may collect membership and contact details, account and authentication data, club visit and reservation information, Cercle status, Moments, Crédits, activated offers, preferences, communications with the Club, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and app diagnostics.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure membership services; manage access, reservations, benefits and loyalty activity; personalise club experiences and Drops; communicate service information; respond to requests; maintain, troubleshoot and improve our services; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, and act on your consent when consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
